This website's privacy policy

This covers the website at housecrew.app. The apps have their own policies:HouseCrew Money's privacy policy covers the Money app. "We" means Kline Software, which makes HouseCrew.
In short
The site collects nothing about you unless you join a waitlist, and then only your email address. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising and nothing sold.
The waitlists
If you join a waitlist, we keep your email address and which app's list you joined, to email you about that app:
- when it opens, and for HouseCrew Money, your founders' price;
- occasionally before then, if there's news worth your time (beta invitations, say).
Every email has a link to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to delete your address at[email protected]. We delete waitlist addresses once the app has launched and we've sent the launch email, unless you've signed up for the app or asked to hear more.
Who else is involved
- Resend stores waitlist addresses and sends the emails, and sees your address and the email's contents to do so.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and sees the requests your browser makes to load it, such as your IP address. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and gives us only totals (pages viewed, countries, referring sites), not anything about you. When you join a waitlist, Cloudflare's Turnstile check sees your IP address and details of your browser, to tell people from automated sign-ups; we use only its pass or fail.
The site's fonts are served from the site itself, so nothing is loaded from Google or other font services.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing[email protected]. Depending on where you live (under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California, for example), you may have further rights, including complaining to a data protection authority. We'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above, and email the waitlists first if it's a change that matters.
